(1993-1995、2007-2008)

M.W. Bro. Rouvier Shiao-Tseng Yeh is a native of Ho-Fei Hsien, of An-Whi Province; and was born in Kwi-Chou Province, China on 2nd July 1940.

Educational opportunity in war time was difficult; he therefore started his preliminary Chinese basic education by his late Grandfather, at age of four, with traditional Chinese text books. After the victory of Sino-Japanese war in 1945,he returned to Nanking where he was able to commence his formal education in school, in addition to his English enlightenment by a British tutor Mrs. Anne McWilliams.

He moved with his family to Taiwan in late 1948,and was resided in Taichung city in 1950. He then entered Junior High in the “Provincial Taichung 1st Middle School” in 1951, and completed his Senior High in the 1959.

He entered the Department of Political Science of the “National Cheng-Chi University”, with top grade in general examination in 1959, and graduated with B.A. degree in 1965. He then served compulsory military servicein Chinese Air Force for one year and discharged in July 1966 as a reserved 2nd Lieutenant of CAF.

Employed by the “Corps of Engineers of Okinawa” of U. S. Army Department, as a Contract Assistant in September 1966, he was assigned to the management of Civil Engineering Contracts of the Expansion Project at CCK Air Base in Taichung; and was transferred afterwards to “Taiwan Branch Officer of U. S. Army Procurement Agency”,(Which was later re-organized as “Taiwan Materiel Agency” in 1969) as a Contract Specialist in 1967.

During this period until 1975,he managed contracts between Chinese Army Depots and U. S. Army for overhaul program of war damaged military equipment in support of Vietnam War; and was awarded a “Special Outstanding Service Award” by U. S. Army Department in 1975, when the U.S. Government formally pull out of Taiwan. He then established “Xtra Industrial Corporation” in 1976, for import- export of parts and machinery.

He was guided into Masonry by Bro. Donald Vaugh, who was a devoted member of “Szechwan Lodge No. 4”, as well as his immediate supervisor in a capacity as the Contracting Officer of the “Taiwan Materiel Agency” in 1973. He was initiated in “Szechwan Lodge No. 4” on Feb. 28, 1973 in Taichung city, passed on April 18, and raised on May 25,1973; as a formal member of the Lodge.

He then joined “Scottish Rite Taipei Bodies” and became a 32 degree Mason in September 1973, and had received the last “Hot Sand” ceremony in October before became a member of “Afifi Temple” and “Ali Shan Oasis Taipei Shriner Club” in the same year.

After 1976, he was occupied mostly by business travels to expand his overseas markets, and was unable to offer much contribution in Masonry until 1979. He was summoned and influenced by late M.W. Bro.S. S. Yuan, PGM,to the revival of “Szechwan Lodge No. 4” at Lung-Tan County, of Tao-Yuan Hsien, and was fortunately achieved the goal with physical and financial supports of all brothers in 1981.

His Masonic Curriculum vitae can be summarized as followings:
1983: Elected as W. Master of Szechwan Lodge No.4.
1984: Appointed as Grand Representative of “Grande Lodge Nationale Francaise” near the Grand Lodge of China.
1985 : Joined “David Au Chapter No. 1”,Royal Arch Mason; and was appointed as “Junior Grand Steward” in October and received honorable degree of “Knight Commander of Court of Honor” of“Scottish Rite”.
1986 : Appointed as “Junior Deacon” of GLOC.
1987 : Appointed as “Senior Grand Deacon”of GLOC;and was elected as “Senior Warden” in “Lodge of Perfection of Taipei bodies” and participated Bangkok Conferral on behalf of the “Venerable Master”.
1988 : Elected as “Junior Grand Warden” of GLOC, and was also elected as the “Venerable Master” of the “Lodge of Perfection” of“Taipei Bodies”.
1989 : Elected as “Senior Grand Warden” of GLOC, and was re-elected in 1990.
1991: Elected as “Deputy Grand Master” of GLOC,and was re-elected in 1992.
1993 : Elected as “Grand Master”of GLOC.
1994 : Re-Elected as “Grand Master” of GLOC; and joined the “Order of Eastern Star”in December.
1995: Joined “Manila Arch College No.1. U.D.”, as a Charter member in April.
2001: As the Chartered Master of “Sun Moon Lodge No.13”in Taichung city.
2006: Elected as the “Grand Secretary”of GLOC.
2007 : Re-Elected as “Grand Master”of GLOC.

第33屆總會長葉孝曾尊兄

葉孝曾尊兄,字膺白,安徽省和肥縣人,1940年7月2日出生於中國貴州省遵義縣。與楊湘雯女士結婚,育有二子一女,長子葉正亦為川廬會員。

戰時的教育機會很困難;因此,他在四歲時跟隨祖父葉粹武,自三字經百家姓入門,學習初步中文基礎教育。 1945年中日戰爭勝利後,他回到南京,開始在學校接受正規教育,並在英國家庭教師安妮·麥克威廉姆斯夫人的指導下接受了英語啟蒙。

1948年底隨家人移居台灣,1950年定居台中市,1951年入“省立台中一中”初中,1959年高中畢業。

1959年以綜合考試第一名的成績考入國立政治大學政治學系,1965年畢業獲學士學位。隨後在中國空軍服義務兵役一年,為預官第十一期,分發台北市空軍警備司令部,任職本部連勤務排長,1966年7月以中國空軍預備役少尉身份退役。

1966年9月受聘於美國陸軍琉球工程組助理合約員,派任台中清泉崗基地擴建計畫土木工程合約管理員,1967年底再轉調美國陸軍台灣採購處(1969 年改組為“台灣軍品處”),擔任合約專員。

1967年至 1975 年期間越戰方殷,委派專職管理美國軍方裝備在台翻修合約,支援越戰; 1975年春美國越戰失利,合約全面中止,被美國陸軍部授予“績優服務獎狀”,同年底美軍全面撤離台灣。 隨後,他於 1976 年自組順曾企業公司,獨資經營進出口貿易,從事零部件和機械的進出口業務。

1973年因任職美國陸軍台灣軍品處,與上司合約官唐納德·沃范(Bro. Donald Vaugh)朝夕相處,略具美生概念。1973年2月28日由范恩先生引導正式加入台中市川廬第四分會,4月18日轉化為工員美生,5月25日提昇為工師美生。

1973年9月底參加台北美生慈修會,成為32級美生會員。 同年10月底,參加阿菲菲慈壇社(Affi Temple) 及台北阿里山慈壇社(Taipei Alishan Shrine Club)會員。

1976年以後,他主要忙於出差拓展海外市場,直到1979年受到前總會長袁世銑尊兄感召,復興川廬第四分會,幸於1981年在眾弟兄的物力和財力支持下,在桃園縣龍潭縣設立會廬圓滿實現,幸於1983-1985年任職會長。

美生資歷簡述:

1983年:任法國美生總會著中國美生總會總代表。

1983-1985年:任職川廬第四分會會長。

1985年 7月:加入慈德會。

1985年10月:任副總司事,同月獲頒慈修會榮譽騎士級位。

1986年:派任副總司客

1987年:派任總司客,慈修會會監。

1988年:當選副總會監,當選慈修會第一分會會長。

1989-90年:當選總會監。

1991-92年:當選副總會長。

1993-94年:當選總會長。

1994年:加入東方之星陽明山分會。

1995年:加入慈德會學院菲律賓馬尼拉分會,成為創會會員之一。
